CRM- Account, Contact and opportunity creation and updation, Order lost, Daily sales call and Machine Payment updation. Acquisition of Competitor Customer and creation/updation of competitor data base. Co-ordination with other functional departments. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support. Provide on job training to junior marketing team. Secondary Participate in Quality Systems Audits.
